Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods (new drops, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@sillydrip.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
