At SillyDrip.com, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The following are non-returnable:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Opened collectibles, blind boxes, or figures removed from packaging
• Customized or personalized products

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@sillydrip.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you the outcome. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items. Contact support@sillydrip.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll fix it at no cost to you.
